Stop It Goaltending offers consulting services to our clients in the form of a comprehensive program named The PATH as well as individual consultations by request. The PATH Mentorship Program
The PATH is a comprehensive mentorship program for talented and dedicated goaltenders with the goal of playing college and pro hockey. This selective program is reserved for 12 top goaltenders that will consist of yearlong mentorship from Stop It Goaltending President and former Boston Bruins goaltending coach Brian Daccord. Since 1999 coach Daccord has developed many of the top college goalies in the country and several have had the opportunity to make it all the way to the NHL. He has coached in the NHL, the AHL, NCAA division I and III hockey as well as junior and prep school. His experience in development and broad network will give the PATH goalies a tremendous resource.
The goal of the PATH is to develop the next generation of goaltenders through a comprehensive plan with consistent mentorship. The PATH is composed of a combination of testing, one on one meetings, video and support. Brian Daccord will assist with the recruiting process and help the PATH goalies in making the right decisions with respect to Prep School/Junior/College and Professional opportunities.
The Path includes pre and post season testing, video technical and game analysis, individual preseason, midseason and post season meetings as well as placement services. Participating goaltenders and their parents will have access to coach Daccord throughout the year and their progress in training and performance will be monitored throughout the process.
The program begins in the spring and ends in April and below is the year’s calendar. The cost of the Path is $1,400. The PATH Premium
The Path premium offers all the benefits of the path program plus eight Private Lessons with Brian Daccord and two live game analysis and evaluations. Private lessons will concentrate on continuing the in depth mentorship program by concentrating on key areas of personal technical development and consist of a maximum of two goalies on the ice with coach Daccord. Live analysis and evaluation consist of Brian Daccord attending two selected games and meeting the PATH client following the game to review performance.
The cost of the PATH premium is $2,900 which includes the eight lessons, two live games analysis as well as all the standard PATH mentorship program features. A maximum of eight goalies will be eligible for this program.
